About the Role

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer experienced with Go/Python and React to join our development team at Xsolla. You’ll play a key role in building and evolving products that power global gaming solutions.

Key Responsibilities

→Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Go or Python on the backend and React on the frontend.
→Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and modern architectural principles.
→Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and technical decision-making.
→Collaborate closely with other engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
→Develop and maintain APIs for internal and external integrations.
→Contribute to improving CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and monitoring systems.
→Take ownership of features — from planning to release and support.

Requirements

✓3+ years of professional experience in web development.
✓Strong proficiency in Go or Python (experience with both is a plus).
✓Solid knowledge of React and the modern frontend ecosystem (TypeScript, Redux, Vite, etc.).
✓Understanding of microservice architecture, OOP, and design patterns.
✓Familiarity with Docker, GitLab CI, and cloud environments (Kubernetes, GCP, AWS, etc.).
✓Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Clickhouse, MongoDB).
✓Focus on writing testable, scalable, and readable code.
✓Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work in an English-speaking environment (B1+ level).
✓Proactive attitude — you care about the product, not just the code.
