About the Role
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with strong Web3 experience to join our engineering team at Xsolla. This role focuses on ensuring quality for blockchain-enabled features and decentralized technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead manual testing of complex Web3 and platform features across multiple environments
- →Validate blockchain interactions, wallet flows, and decentralized identity/authentication
- →Test smart contract interactions, event handling, and on-chain/off-chain data synchronization
- →Drive exploratory, functional, and regression testing using structured documentation
- →Identify, log, and track reproducible issues with precision using Jira
- →Validate transaction signing, wallet authentication, and multi-chain compatibility
- →Create and maintain detailed test cases, checklists, and QA documentation
- →Evaluate and integrate AI-powered testing tools
- →Conduct load, stress, and performance testing for Web3 interactions
- →Mentor junior QA engineers and promote a culture of proactive quality ownership
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 7 years of total QA experience, including end-to-end quality ownership
- ✓At least 2 years of hands-on Web3 testing experience
- ✓Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and defect life cycle
- ✓Familiarity with blockchain fundamentals
- ✓Experience validating APIs using Postman or similar tools
- ✓Proficiency with bug tracking systems (Jira) and version control (Git)
- ✓Comfortable using browser developer tools and basic terminal workflows
- ✓Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- ✓Familiarity with AI-powered testing tools
