About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Lead to join zaimler, a platform that provides context infrastructure for the agentic era. This hands-on role will involve writing code, owning systems, and leading a growing team of engineers to ship production-quality infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the design and implementation of core backend/platform systems
- →Lead architecture discussions and make pragmatic tradeoffs in ambiguous environments
- →Set technical direction for a small team while staying deeply involved in the codebase
- →Manage and mentor a small group of engineers
- →Provide regular feedback, coaching, and growth guidance
Requirements
- ✓Strong experience as a senior or staff-level engineer in production systems
- ✓Prior experience leading engineers, formally or informally
- ✓Comfort owning systems end-to-end: design → build → deploy → operate
- ✓Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, backend services, APIs, and data flows
- ✓Excellent judgment in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- ✓Willingness to be hands-on, this role writes real code
