About the Role

We are looking for a Manager or Associate Director of Scaling Systems to join Zeta, a network of elementary and middle schools in New York City. This role will lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of key data systems and infrastructure, including enrollment and student information systems.

Key Responsibilities

• →Own end-to-end implementation, configuration, customization, and maintenance of Zeta’s key systems (e.g., Salesforce, SIS)
• →Act as an internal product manager, partnering with teams across Zeta’s Network to understand workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
• →Visualize and build data dashboards to enable data-driven decisions
• →Project manage complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
• →Bring systems expertise to recommend best practices around systems architecture and implementation strategies
