Key Responsibilities
- →Own product strategy and execution for core areas of the Zip Security platform
- →Lead product discovery from the ground up, identifying customer problems and shaping the roadmap
- →Translate customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints into clear product requirements
- →Define and evolve product processes as the product organization scales
- →Write clear product specs and requirements that align teams and drive execution
- →Drive prioritization across features, technical investments, and new initiatives
- →Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure successful launches
- →Measure success using product metrics and outcomes
Requirements
- ✓5–8+ years of product management experience owning products end to end
- ✓Experience in early-stage or fast-growing environments
- ✓Comfort operating with ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information
- ✓Strong product judgment balancing speed, quality, and long-term impact
- ✓Ability to communicate clearly and influence cross-functional partners
- ✓Natural ownership thinking beyond execution to how product should operate at scale
- ✓Bonus: Experience with B2B, enterprise, security, or infrastructure products
