ABOUT THE ROLE 🚀 We’re looking for our next Senior Product Designer to join our Ecommerce squad, a critical team with the mission “of making discovering, understanding, and purchasing of ZOE products effortless and joyful”. This role is primarily focused on web surfaces across our marketing, discovery, and purchase journeys. You’ll work closely with Product Managers and Engineers as part of a cross‑functional squad, designing end‑to‑end ecommerce experiences that balance member needs, scientific integrity, and business outcomes. As a Senior Product Designer at ZOE, you’ll own problems from early discovery through to high‑fidelity execution and implementation. You’ll help translate complex propositions into clear, intuitive, and delightful experiences — raising the bar for both UX and UI craft along the way. ABOUT THE TEAM ⚙️ You’ll be part of a product trio (Product Manager, Designer, Engineering Lead) within the Ecommerce squad, collaborating daily with engineers, data partners, and stakeholders across Growth, Brand, Content, and Science. You’ll also join ZOE’s broader Experience team — a small muliti-disciplinary group of Product Designers, a Content Designer, a Motion Designer and UX Researchers.
