About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join the LendX Tribe at Zopa, responsible for in-app borrowing experiences. This role will support shaping the team’s future direction and deliver market-leading borrowing experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work closely with the front-end product manager to deliver customer experience vision
- →Own the strategy and vision for marketing and existing customer lending platforms
- →Support a bank-wide single customer view to power customer engagement strategies
- →Deliver the LendX back-end roadmap owning quarterly OKRs and outcomes
- →Manage prioritisation of key lending outcomes for existing customers
- →Build relationships with stakeholders to collaborate on improving payments processing
Requirements
- ✓5+ years working in a product role, ideally UK lending focused
- ✓Passionate about Product and comfortable in an Agile environment
- ✓Experience with lending platforms and/or CRM platforms
- ✓Excited by Zopa’s journey and full of ideas to help grow
- ✓Outcomes focused and highly proactive
- ✓Experience acting as a leader in cross-functional teams
