About the Role
We are looking for a Partner Services Engineer - Americas to join our Partner Engineering team at Zscaler, a global leader in zero trust security. This role involves providing professional services enablement and training to help develop and grow Zscaler’s Service Authorized partners service delivery capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Engage and support Zscaler’s Service Authorized partners by providing guidance and enablement in the practice of deployment of Zscaler products
- →Provide deal-specific guidance and assistance for deployment planning, design recommendations, and scoping processes
- →Collaborate with strategic partners in SoW construction, joint delivery planning, and resource alignment to ensure project success
- →Become a Zscaler cloud service expert through self-study, company training, and a desire to excel
- →Travel less than 25% to support partner engagements, technical enablement, and internal development
Requirements
- ✓Experience with direct customer engagement, including presentations and workshop scenarios
- ✓Experience as a Deployment Engineer, Professional Services Consultant, Technical Account Manager, Sr. Support Engineer or similar, supporting networking, security, or web security products
- ✓Expert level understanding of networking and security concepts with large scale practical deployment knowledge
- ✓Knowledge of authentication systems such as MS AD, SAML, or OIDC
- ✓Business fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese is a plus, strong verbal and written communication skills
