About the Role We are looking for an experienced 3PL ERP / OMS Integration Analyst to join our team. This role requires strong warehouse operations and systems integration experience. Key Responsibilities • Support 3PL operations in a live warehouse/distribution center environment • Integrate 3PL WMS with OMS, TMS or ERP systems • Troubleshoot issues and drive practical solutions • Translate operational issues into clear system requirements • Work directly with warehouse operations/floor teams Requirements • 5+ years supporting 3PL operations in a live warehouse/distribution center environment • Experience with Manhattan, Blue Yonder/JDA, FDM4 or similar WMS platforms • Strong understanding of warehouse operations: Receiving, Put-Away, Replenishment, Wave Planning, Picking, Packing, Shipping and Cycle Counting • Understanding of EDI, APIs, message queues and event-driven data flows • Strong SQL skills for data investigation and reporting • Ability to independently write and modify SQL queries • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams • Experience supporting peak-season / high-volume warehouse operations
