About the Role We are looking for an experienced 4G/5G L2 Development Lead to drive high-performance radio protocol development, scheduling, and optimization across next-generation wireless networks. Key Responsibilities • Drive high-performance radio protocol development, scheduling, and optimization • Lead technical development in Layer 2 protocols for 4G/5G networks • Provide technical leadership in system integration and customer support • Debug and optimize complex wireless communication protocols Requirements • 12+ years of experience in 4G/5G L2 development • Strong expertise in MAC, RLC, PDCP, HARQ, and 3GPP LTE/5G NR standards • Hands-on experience with eNB/gNB MAC scheduling, QoS, TDD/FDD, and logical channel prioritization • Proficiency in C/C++, Python, Linux, and performance optimization • Experience with L1/L2/L3 integration, vRAN, O-RAN, and protocol debugging • Exposure to DPDK, SmartNIC/DPU, SR-IOV, Wireshark, Viavi, Spirent, or QCAT Benefits • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge wireless technologies • Lead a team of experienced engineers • Competitive salary and benefits package
