About the Role We are looking for an experienced ACBS FIS Loan System Business Analyst to bridge business operations and technology within a core commercial lending environment. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for commercial lending and loan servicing • Prepare functional specifications, data mappings, and process workflows for ACBS, LANSA, and Visual LANSA • Analyze batch processes, interfaces, loan syndication, fee structures, settlements, and interest calculations • Support ACBS version upgrades, migrations, UAT, and performance validation • Collaborate with developers and FIS support teams to resolve functional and production issues • Support API/backend integrations and optimize commercial lending workflows • Provide L2/L3 support and assist with database troubleshooting and system enhancements Requirements • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Techno-Functional Specialist in the ACBS (FIS) environment • Strong understanding of the commercial loan lifecycle, including syndication, servicing, fees, settlements, and interest calculations • Working knowledge of LANSA (RDML/RDMLX) and Visual LANSA • Familiarity with CLP, CLLE, RPGLE, and SQL • Experience in functional testing, UAT, data mapping, and production support • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
