About the Role We are looking for an Account Services Operations Specialist to join our team in South Jordan, UT. This role involves processing account applications and handling risk controls in a financial services environment. Key Responsibilities • Review and process paper and electronic account applications with high speed and accuracy • Handle exception and reconciliation reports while executing essential risk controls • Partner with various business lines to identify fraudulent or high-risk new accounts • Respond efficiently to Operations and Customer Service inquiries Requirements • Minimum 1 year of financial operations experience (or equivalent) • Experience with rules and regulations governing bank and brokerage accounts • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word) and top-notch analytical abilities • A self-starter who thrives both independently and in a team environment
