About the Role We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CRM Developer with 7–8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, customization, integrations, and application support. Key Responsibilities • Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). • Configure custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and process automation. • Develop REST and SOAP API integrations and manage data migration. • Design scalable solutions following Salesforce best practices and design patterns. • Perform code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and defect resolution. • Handle production support, root-cause analysis, and application optimization. • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions. Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and LWC. • Experience with Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, and data migration. • Knowledge of Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation. • Experience with Data Loader, MuleSoft, Talend, or similar integration tools. • Understanding of Salesforce best practices and design patterns. • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Salesforce Developer certification is an added advantage.
