About the Role We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to support crisis call workflows for the MICAL (Michigan Crisis Line). This role involves hands-on CRM development and delivering user stories. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain CRM systems for crisis call workflows • Define technical requirements for new projects and enhancements • Ensure technical requirements align with customer needs and performance goals • Take ownership of release cycles for implementing and deploying applications • Maintain technical responsibility for project environments • Compile and enforce development guidelines and standards • Collaborate with other developers for system integration • Ensure solutions adhere to security guidelines throughout the application lifecycle Requirements • Experience with Salesforce CRM development • Strong coding skills and ability to deliver user stories • Ability to work with various stakeholders to define technical requirements • Experience with release management and deployment • Knowledge of security guidelines and standards • Experience with integration across different systems
