About the Role We are looking for an Adobe Target Developer to join our team. This role focuses on building and maintaining data-driven personalization solutions using the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem. Key Responsibilities • Architect, build, and maintain data-driven A/B and multivariate tests, targeting rules, and personalized user experiences across digital touchpoints • Utilize Adobe Target Delivery, Admin, Profile, and Recommendations APIs to build robust non-browser and server-side personalization for mobile apps and IoT endpoints • Implement and manage tag configurations using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) or Adobe Launch / Data Collection SDKs • Integrate target offerings with modern Single Page Applications (SPAs) while ensuring zero degradation in site performance, rendering speed, or UX Requirements • 8+ years in frontend software engineering, with at least 3–5 years dedicated specifically to the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem • Elite proficiency in modern client-side JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 • Strong experience with SPA frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) • Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Target Web SDK (at.js), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Mobile SDKs, Adobe Launch / Data Collection, and AJO • Deep familiarity with web analytics, audience segmentation, user profiling, and multi-channel personalization patterns
