About the Role We are looking for an Advanced Analytics Analyst with strong Power BI development and data modeling experience to support the Surgical Program Management Office (PMO) Compliance team within the R&D function. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports • Build reusable semantic models and shared datasets using Star Schema / Dimensional Modeling • Develop and optimize DAX measures and Power Query (M) transformations • Improve dashboard performance, refresh reliability, and data quality • Work with SQL / Snowflake to develop and validate data for BI reporting • Build and maintain SharePoint Lists and structured Excel-based data solutions • Leverage Power Automate and Power Apps for workflow automation and data capture • Establish data governance, validation, reconciliation, and reporting standards • Collaborate with business stakeholders and SMEs to translate requirements into analytics solutions • Participate in Git version control, branching, pull requests, and peer reviews Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI development • Data modeling experience, including Star Schema / Dimensional Modeling • DAX and Power Query (M) • SQL / Snowflake knowledge • Git branching and version control • Minimum 2 years of Power BI development and data modeling experience
