About the Role We are looking for an experienced AEM Business Analyst to support client marketing and commerce systems. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and document requirements. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements • Work with business users to define detailed requirements and user experience needs • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams • Coordinate with stakeholders and development teams to ensure requirements are understood correctly • Track feature delivery, monitor progress, and resolve business-related issues during development • Analyze current business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements Requirements • 5+ years of relevant professional experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 8+ years without a degree • Strong experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills • Ability to analyze complex business problems and recommend effective solutions • Experience with web marketing and commerce systems • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Marketing Cloud is preferred • Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) – Business Practitioner certification is a plus
