About the Role We are seeking an AEM Developer with strong Frontend and Java Spring Boot expertise to join our team in New York, NY. This role involves designing, developing, and supporting AEM solutions using AEM 6.5 and AEM as a Cloud Service. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and support AEM solutions using AEM 6.5 and AEM as a Cloud Service • Lead AEM modernization and cloud migration initiatives • Develop Java/Spring Boot services and REST APIs • Build modern frontend experiences using React and TypeScript • Work with relational databases and enterprise integrations • Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and production readiness • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams • Contribute to architecture reviews and engineering best practices • Support AI-enabled initiatives involving LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows Requirements • 7–10 years of experience in AEM development • Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.5 and AEM as a Cloud Service) • Core Java, Spring, and Spring Boot proficiency • Experience with React and TypeScript • REST API development and enterprise integrations • SQL, PostgreSQL, JPA, and Hibernate knowledge • Docker and cloud deployment fundamentals • Git and software engineering best practices
