About the Role We are looking for an Agent Builder to design, develop, and deploy AI agents, conversational assistants, and automated workflows using low-code/no-code platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AI agent development, workflow automation, prompt engineering, LLM integration, and API connectivity. Key Responsibilities • Build AI agents, chatbots, and virtual assistants using platforms such as Voiceflow, Botpress, Microsoft Power Virtual Agents, or similar tools. • Design conversational flows, decision trees, and agent logic. • Develop automated workflows using n8n, Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or similar platforms. • Integrate APIs, databases, CRM systems, webhooks, and third-party applications. • Gather business requirements and translate them into automation solutions. • Test, debug, monitor, and optimize AI agents and automated workflows. • Analyze agent performance, response accuracy, and task completion rates. • Prepare technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and user guides. • Support user acceptance testing, end-user training, and ongoing maintenance. • Follow data security and privacy best practices. Requirements • 2+ years of hands-on low-code/no-code development experience. • Experience building AI agents, chatbots, or virtual assistants. • Knowledge of workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or Power Automate. • Experience with prompt engineering and LLM integration. • Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, databases, and integrations. • Strong conversational design, process mapping, and problem-solving skills. • Experience gathering requirements, documenting solutions, and working with stakeholders. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and testing practices.
