About the Role We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team. This role focuses on end-to-end US IT placements with a focus on W2 hiring. Key Responsibilities • Perform end-to-end US IT recruitment • Manage W2 hiring processes • Source candidates through various platforms including Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed • Recruit for technologies such as Java, .NET, SAP, Salesforce, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, and ERP • Maintain knowledge of US work authorizations and recruitment processes Requirements • 1+ years of US IT Recruitment experience • Strong hands-on W2 hiring experience • Knowledge of US work authorizations: USC, GC, H1B, EAD, TN & OPT • Experience with Direct Clients, MSP/VMS portals, and Implementation Partners • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills • Knowledge of US recruitment processes and compliance
