About the Role We are looking for an accomplished Product Manager with strong experience in Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, AI-enabled products, and enterprise CRM platforms. The ideal candidate will own the Agentforce capability roadmap and backlog, working across business, Data Cloud, architecture, engineering, security, privacy, and AI governance teams to deliver responsible and scalable AI agent capabilities. Key Responsibilities • Own and prioritize Agentforce intake, roadmap, and enterprise backlog • Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, evaluation criteria, guardrails, and release plans • Define reusable Agentforce patterns and capability models • Partner with Data Cloud teams to establish governed data context for AI agents • Coordinate dependencies across Data Cloud, AI, architecture, engineering, security, privacy, and governance • Drive Responsible AI governance, guardrails, human oversight, and release conditions • Partner with DDIT Center of Excellence teams to design, build, test, release, and support Agentforce capabilities • Define evaluation criteria for grounding, access control, reliability, traceability, safety, and human escalation • Drive adoption, training, feedback, and continuous improvement • Track and communicate business value, adoption, quality, risk, and delivery health Requirements • 5+ years of Product Management / AI Product / CRM Platform / Data Platform / Enterprise SaaS experience • Strong understanding of AI-enabled product delivery and agent workflows • Experience with Salesforce Agentforce and/or Salesforce Data Cloud • Understanding of AI grounding, context, access controls, evaluation, human oversight, and Responsible AI • Strong Agile roadmap and backlog management experience • Ability to work across business, architecture, engineering, security, privacy, legal, risk, and AI governance teams • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
