About the Role We are seeking an Agentic AI Application Engineer for a 9-12 month contract position. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Python-based applications and AI agents using Anthropic Claude and AWS services. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop Python-based applications, APIs, microservices, and automation frameworks • Build scalable solutions using AWS services, including EKS • Design and implement Agentic AI applications using Anthropic Claude • Develop AI agents capable of reasoning, tool invocation, workflow execution, and enterprise system interaction • Build multi-agent workflows, orchestration patterns, and human-in-the-loop processes • Integrate Claude with enterprise applications using REST APIs, tool/function calling, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) • Apply prompt engineering, context engineering, structured outputs, and agent memory/state management • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, security validation, and deployment • Implement logging, observability, error handling, security, and monitoring • Troubleshoot production issues and improve application reliability, performance, and maintainability Requirements • 5+ years of experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Python-based applications • Strong understanding of AWS services, including EKS • Experience with Agentic AI and Anthropic Claude • Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) • Experience with DevOps practices and tools • Ability to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
