About the Role We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Developer / Architect to design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI agent systems using AWS Bedrock AgentCore, Strands Agents, LangGraph, and Model Context Protocol (MCP). Key Responsibilities • Design and develop production-grade AI agent systems • Deploy Agentic AI solutions from proof of concept (POC) through production • Build scalable, reliable, secure, and observable agentic systems • Integrate with enterprise applications, APIs, and data platforms • Implement secure, isolated agent execution environments Requirements • 10+ years overall software engineering experience • Strong hands-on Agentic AI development and production deployment experience • Expertise with AWS Bedrock AgentCore, including Runtime and Gateway • Hands-on expertise in LangGraph and/or AWS Strands SDK • Strong knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and enterprise tool integrations • Experience with state management, agent handoffs, exception handling, and failure recovery • Strong Python and production deployment experience • Proven end-to-end Agentic AI production deployment experience using AWS Bedrock AgentCore is mandatory
