About the Role We are seeking a hands-on Agentic AI Developer to design, build, integrate, deploy, and operationalize secure enterprise applications. This role involves end-to-end ownership across business discovery, technical design, application and data development, AI integration, evaluation, deployment, and operational readiness. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with business stakeholders, domain experts, product owners, architects, data engineers, quality engineers, and platform teams to understand workflows, pain points, exceptions, and outcomes. • Develop bounded AI capabilities for research, explanation, recommendation, and workflow assistance. • Implement RAG/context retrieval, structured outputs, tool/function calling, prompt versioning, and output validation. • Design tool contracts with explicit permissions, schemas, failure behavior, and audit requirements. • Build production-quality backend services, APIs, data-processing components, and workflow integrations. • Develop unit, integration, end-to-end, regression, and negative tests. • Create representative evaluation datasets with domain experts. • Follow the applicable AI-DLC lifecycle, approved tooling paths, review requirements, and release controls. • Instrument application behavior, retrieval, tool calls, model usage, failures, and dependencies. Requirements • 10+ years in Software/Data Engineering, including 2+ years delivering LLM-enabled applications or equivalent demonstrable experience. • Mandatory experience with RAG pipelines, Agentic AI, Azure, and LLM application engineering. • Demonstrated delivery of a production-oriented LLM-enabled application beyond a basic chatbot or notebook demonstration. • Experience in software/data engineering, backend services, APIs, data processing, and workflow integrations. • Strong hands-on Python and SQL development skills.
