About the Role We are looking for an Agentic AI Engineer to join our team working with Palantir Foundry & AIP. This role involves developing and deploying AI agents and LLM workflows for real users. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement AI agents and LLM workflows • Deploy production-ready AI solutions • Work with Palantir Foundry and AIP platforms • Optimize AI models for performance and efficiency • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI projects Requirements • 7+ years of AI/ML, Data Science, or LLM Engineering experience • Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry & AIP • Proven production deployment of an AI agent or LLM workflow • Strong Python and SQL skills • Experience with RAG, retrieval, and structured/unstructured data • Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry and/or Databricks Genie • Experience with OpenAI and Anthropic Claude model deployment • GitHub, CI/CD, and production DevOps experience • Strong client-facing communication skills Note: Prototype, demo, or hackathon-only experience will not qualify.
