About the Role We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to join a hands-on AI consultancy where engineers build, ship, and own solutions from concept to production. This role involves working on a large-scale enterprise AI program, building and deploying agentic AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities • Build and deploy agentic AI applications using Palantir Foundry and AIP • Design reusable agent skills, tools, and intelligent business workflows • Extend the Palantir Foundry Ontology to ground AI agents in trusted enterprise data • Develop LLM-powered solutions using OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and other frontier models • Build RAG pipelines and process structured and unstructured data • Integrate solutions across Azure, Azure AI Foundry, and Databricks • Implement GitHub-based CI/CD pipelines and secure production deployments • Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to take AI use cases from discovery to production Requirements • 7+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, data science, or LLM engineering • Practical experience with Palantir Foundry and AIP • Proven experience deploying at least one AI agent or LLM workflow into a real production environment • Strong Python and SQL skills • Experience with RAG, retrieval, document processing, and data engineering • Experience with Azure and/or Databricks • Strong understanding of LLM deployment, model selection, and cost optimization • GitHub, DevOps, and CI/CD experience • Excellent communication and client-facing consulting skills
