About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Agentic AI Engineer with strong hands-on experience in AWS AI services, agent-based application development, and building scalable reusable AI capabilities. This role requires someone who can independently design, develop, and optimize AI platforms and agentic workflows with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop agentic AI platforms and workflows
• Optimize RAG pipelines and implement retrieval patterns
• Integrate AWS AI services and build agent-based applications end to end
• Architect and implement agentic systems with minimal guidance
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience with AWS AI services
• Strong hands-on experience in agent-based application development
• Experience with LLMs, prompting, and multi-agent workflows
• Knowledge of RAG implementations and chunking strategies
• Proficiency in AWS Step Functions, Lambda, and Glue
• Understanding of event-driven architectures and microservices
• Experience with tool calling, reasoning, and workflow execution
• Familiarity with AWS standards and best practices for security, scalability, and cost optimization
