About the Role LaunchDarkly is seeking an experienced AI / Agent Engineer - Architect to design and implement scalable enterprise solutions using AI-driven architectures. This is a senior-level position requiring 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement AI agent architectures and solutions • Work with LLMs and agentic frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI • Develop enterprise integration architectures using APIs and event-driven systems • Create technical solution architectures and governance frameworks • Implement observability and monitoring solutions • Apply DevOps practices and CI/CD methodologies Requirements • 15+ years of experience in designing scalable enterprise solutions • Strong expertise in AI agent architecture and design • Experience with LLMs and agentic frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI) • Knowledge of enterprise integration architecture • Technical solution architecture and governance experience • Understanding of observability and monitoring principles • Familiarity with LaunchDarkly • DevOps practices and CI/CD experience
