About the Role Orogoo Services Inc. is seeking an experienced AI / Agent Engineer to develop intelligent sales-targeting agents and workflow automation services using Microsoft Foundry and Salesforce. Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain AI-powered targeting agents using Microsoft Foundry Agent Service • Develop nightly targeting workflows with constraint-based selection and explainable recommendations • Implement configurable scoring mechanisms and ML-based ranking using LightGBM • Develop backend APIs using Python and FastAPI for Teams/Outlook applications • Integrate Microsoft Graph APIs for mailbox scanning, Outlook draft creation, and Teams SSO • Implement Salesforce integrations using MCP or Connect API • Build structured-output LLM workflows, validation, prompt versioning, evaluations, and tracing • Own end-to-end agent, scoring, and API development • Collaborate with data engineering teams on feature contracts, testing, CI/CD, and deployment Requirements • 5+ years of experience building and deploying production-grade AI agents • Production-level Python and FastAPI development • Azure OpenAI / Microsoft Foundry Agent Service • Microsoft Agent Framework or equivalent • Microsoft Graph API – On-Behalf-Of (OBO) authentication • Microsoft Entra ID and app registration • At least one successfully delivered Salesforce integration • Practical experience with ranking and machine learning Important Screening Criteria Profiles with only Copilot Studio experience, prompt engineering without production implementation, or governance/analytics-enablement experience will not be suitable.
