About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled AI Agent Platform Engineer to design and build an enterprise-grade AI agent platform. This platform will enable scalable multi-agent orchestration, agentic workflows, model gateways, observability, governance, security, and automated evaluation frameworks to support production-ready autonomous AI solutions across multiple business domains. Key Responsibilities • Design and build an enterprise-grade AI agent platform • Enable scalable multi-agent orchestration and agentic workflows • Establish enterprise-grade observability across the platform • Provide a centralized gateway for AI model interactions • Build production-grade AI engineering capabilities • Create a reusable platform for multiple business domains Requirements • Experience designing agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration • Knowledge of event-driven and workflow-based patterns • Experience with scalable communication and coordination between agents • Understanding of enterprise-grade observability • Familiarity with centralized instrumentation, tracing, and performance monitoring • Experience with AI model interactions, agent tools, and external services • Strong background in building scalable, extensible AI platforms • Proficiency in Python and Azure
