About the Role We are hiring an AI / Agent Platform Engineer to build scalable enterprise AI agent platforms, runtime services, and distributed systems for production AI workloads. Key Responsibilities • Build runtime services for asynchronous AI workloads and long-running workflows. • Develop LLM model routing and abstraction layers. • Implement AI agent tool invocation, retries, checkpointing, and failure recovery. • Build APIs and SDKs for reusable AI workflows. • Develop tracing, telemetry, and AI evaluation capabilities. • Collaborate with Security, Identity, and Platform Engineering teams. • Work with Knowledge Graph technologies. Requirements • Strong software engineering and distributed systems experience. • LLMs, AI Agents, Function Calling, and Workflow Orchestration. • Asynchronous systems, queues, state management, and observability. • Model APIs, structured outputs, prompt/context management, and AI performance optimization. • Cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes, Containers, APIs, and Microservices. • Knowledge Graph experience.
