About the Role We are looking for experienced AI Architects to join teams in the energy industry, manufacturing sector, and specialized Data & AI consultancies. This role requires combining strategic thinking with practical technical implementation. Key Responsibilities • Develop AI strategies, roadmaps, and comprehensive solution architectures • Take end-to-end responsibility for AI solutions from Proof of Concept (PoC) to production deployment • Utilize expertise in Azure/AWS, Generative AI, RAG, LLMs, and Python • Leverage additional knowledge in Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or Power BI • Maintain minimum 4 years of experience in cloud or AI architecture Requirements • Minimum 4 years of experience in cloud or AI architecture • Proficiency in Azure/AWS, Generative AI, RAG, LLMs, and Python • Advantageous experience with Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or Power BI • C1-level German language proficiency Benefits • Competitive salary range of 100,000 - 130,000 € • Remote work opportunity across Germany • Potential for professional growth and career advancement
