About the Role We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI, AI Agent development, and testing to join our growing technology team. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). • Build agentic AI workflows to automate complex business processes. • Develop and test AI agents for accuracy, reliability, performance, and scalability. • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and integrate vector databases. • Work with LLM frameworks and orchestration tools to build intelligent AI applications. • Perform functional testing, evaluation, and debugging of AI agents and LLM-based solutions. • Implement guardrails, prompt engineering techniques, and responsible AI practices. • Collaborate with engineering teams to continuously improve AI solutions. Requirements • 5–10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related technology roles. • Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI Agent development. • Proficiency in Python and experience with APIs and AI integrations. • Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar. • Knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases, and multi-agent systems. • Experience in testing and evaluating AI/LLM applications. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
