About the Role We are looking for an AI Engineer specializing in LLM development to join our team. This role focuses on building next-generation AI-powered lending platforms. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement AI/LLMs and AI Agent solutions • Integrate LLMs with existing systems and perform prompt engineering • Process complex documents using AI technologies • Build REST APIs and implement event-driven architecture • Work on full-stack development including React front-end Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with AI/LLMs and AI Agent Development • Proficiency in Python and Java backend development • Experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration • Knowledge of document processing using AI • Familiarity with REST APIs, Kafka, and event-driven architecture • Experience with Snowflake or similar data platforms • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Codex or Claude Benefits • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technologies • Collaborate with a team of experienced engineers • Contribute to a next-generation AI-powered lending platform
