About the Role We are looking for a talented AI Engineer to join our team and help develop and scale enterprise AI solutions within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. Key Responsibilities • Build and enhance enterprise Generative AI products • Develop AI-powered applications and APIs on Azure • Implement agentic workflows and LLM-powered solutions • Collaborate with software, AI, cloud, and product teams • Improve scalability, performance, and reliability • Contribute to reusable AI components and enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives Requirements • 2–5+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on Generative AI development • Strong Python programming skills • Experience building production-grade applications, APIs, and scalable services • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and agent-based architectures • Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Microsoft Agent Framework, or similar AI frameworks • Experience deploying applications in Microsoft Azure • Strong understanding of API design, CI/CD, version control, and software architecture • Experience developing enterprise AI applications • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
