About the Role We are seeking an AI Engineer/Analyst to join a FinTech organization. This role involves collaborating with executive leadership and different business units to identify opportunities for AI, build practical solutions, and improve business processes. Key Responsibilities • Build AI prototypes and automate workflows • Turn business ideas into practical solutions • Collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders Requirements • 1+ years of Python development experience • Hands-on exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, and generative AI • Experience with AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar platforms • Strong communication skills • An outgoing, curious, self-motivated person who loves experimenting with AI
