About the Role We are looking for an AI-First APP Engineer to join our team at AT&T. This role focuses on leveraging AI across the software development lifecycle to improve productivity and software delivery. Key Responsibilities • Leverage AI across requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support • Implement AI-powered SDLC and application modernization • Utilize tools like GitHub Copilot and Oracle Code Assist • Work with Oracle PL/SQL, Java, JavaScript, and Groovy • Manage Oracle Cloud SCM, VBCS, OIC, and APEX • Implement AI-assisted testing, CI/CD, RAG, and prompt engineering Requirements • 10+ years of experience in software engineering • Strong understanding of AI-powered SDLC and application modernization • Experience with Supply Chain Management (SCM) – Planning • Proficiency with GitHub Copilot, Oracle Code Assist, and Agentic AI • Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, Java, JavaScript, and Groovy • Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM, VBCS, OIC, and APEX • Understanding of AI-assisted testing, CI/CD, RAG, and prompt engineering
