About the Role We are looking for an AI Integration Developer to build custom AI solutions and automate business workflows. This role focuses on delivering scalable Azure integrations and implementing hands-on agentic AI development. Key Responsibilities • Build custom AI solutions and automate business workflows • Deliver scalable Azure integrations • Implement hands-on agentic AI development Requirements • 8+ years of experience in development • Strong C#/.NET development and enterprise integration experience • 3+ years with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure API Management • Hands-on agentic AI development using AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, or LangChain • 2+ years of LLMOps/AIOps and 1+ year using agentic workflow frameworks • Experience with RAG, multi-agent systems, AI observability, and evaluation pipelines • Knowledge of OpenTelemetry, Langfuse, Arize Phoenix, or Weights; Biases • Experience implementing AI guardrails for hallucinations, PII leakage, and prompt injection • Python experience is a plus • Insurance industry experience is strongly preferred
