About the Role We are seeking an experienced AI Lead Engineer with strong technical leadership and hands-on coding experience to lead the development and deployment of AI-powered applications. Key Responsibilities • Lead the development and deployment of AI-powered applications • Design intelligent agents and integrate LLMs • Develop full-stack applications • Lead AI engineering teams while actively coding Requirements • AI leadership experience with hands-on coding expertise • Strong Python programming and backend development • Experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, MCP, and Semantic Search • Experience with BigQuery, Cloud SQL, and AI application deployment • SQL, MS SQL Server, and MySQL proficiency • Experience with AI application migration, testing, and production deployment
