About the Role We are looking for an experienced AI Platform Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on supporting enterprise SaaS platform administration and AI tools. Key Responsibilities • Implement and administer cloud/collaboration platforms • Support enterprise AI platform adoption and operations • Manage enterprise security, AI governance, and compliance • Handle production support, incident management, and operational processes Requirements • 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise technology platforms or SaaS products • 3+ years of experience implementing or administering cloud/collaboration platforms • 1+ year of AI experience • Hands-on experience with OpenAI Enterprise, GitHub Copilot Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, or Claude • Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, PowerShell, or similar languages • Experience with IAM, SSO, Entra ID/Azure AD, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and RBAC • Strong data extraction, transformation, API integration, and reporting skills • Monitoring and alerting experience with Splunk, Grafana, or similar tools • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
