About the Role We are seeking an AI Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our team in the healthcare payer operations domain. This role involves managing AI delivery pipelines and leading agile teams to implement data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities • Manage AI delivery pipelines from intake through production release • Lead agile teams across onshore and offshore delivery models • Own sprint planning, backlog management, throughput, cycle time, and release quality • Gather requirements and translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria • Coordinate UAT, stakeholder approvals, and production handovers • Drive metrics-based reporting and executive-level communication • Ensure successful deployment of AI and data-driven solutions Requirements • Strong Project Management and Business Analysis experience • Healthcare payer domain knowledge (Claims, Prior Authorization, Care Management, Provider/Member Services, Appeals & Grievances) • Experience leading Agile delivery teams • Knowledge of AI/GenAI solutions, RAG, LLMs, and data platforms • Expertise in stakeholder management and executive reporting • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft 365, and Teams Preferred • Medicaid Managed Care experience • Microsoft AI Stack (Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI) • Databricks or Microsoft Fabric exposure • PMP, PMI-ACP, CBAP, CSM, or SAFe Certifications
