About the Role We are seeking an AI Technical Project Manager with extensive healthcare IT experience to lead AI and Generative AI projects in the healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities • Manage long-term AI projects in healthcare • Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, and Business • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, risks, and dependencies • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations Requirements • 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience • 5+ years of Healthcare IT / Digital Health experience • Proven experience managing AI / Generative AI projects • Strong understanding of LLMs, AI Agents, RAG & Prompt Engineering • Expertise in Waterfall, SDLC & Agile/Scrum methodologies • Experience leading cross-functional teams • Strong stakeholder & executive communication skills • Tools: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, Asana • Knowledge of AWS, Azure or GCP • Understanding of HIPAA & healthcare compliance • PMP/Scrum Master Certification preferred
