About the Role We are looking for an AI Technical Project Manager with a focus on healthcare applications. This role involves managing complex AI projects, particularly those involving Generative AI and Large Language Models. Key Responsibilities • Manage AI and Generative AI projects in the healthcare domain • Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, and Business • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and risk management strategies • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA • Utilize project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, and Asana • Coordinate with stakeholders and executives to align project goals and objectives Requirements • 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience • 5+ years of Healthcare IT / Digital Health experience • Proven experience managing AI / Generative AI projects • Strong understanding of LLMs, AI Agents, RAG & Prompt Engineering • Expertise in Waterfall, SDLC & Agile/Scrum methodologies • Experience leading cross-functional Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps & Business teams • Strong stakeholder & executive communication skills • Experience managing budgets, risks, dependencies, project plans & releases • Knowledge of AWS, Azure or GCP • Understanding of HIPAA & healthcare compliance • PMP/ Scrum Master Certification preferred
