About the Role We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to join our team. This role focuses on managing IT projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement project management strategies • Lead Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives • Manage end-to-end project delivery and SDLC • Manage stakeholders and lead teams • Use Jira, Confluence, and MS Project for project management • Manage cross-functional and globally distributed teams • Handle risk management, project governance, and delivery tracking Requirements • 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management and Agile/Scrum methodologies • Expertise in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives • Experience in end-to-end project delivery and SDLC • Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and MS Project • Experience in managing cross-functional and globally distributed teams • Knowledge of risk management, project governance, and delivery tracking Certifications • PMP / CSM / PSM / SAFe (preferred)
