About the Role We are seeking an experienced AI Workflow Automation Developer to join our team. This role focuses on developing and implementing AI-driven solutions for workflow automation. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain Python and .NET applications for enterprise API integration • Implement workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate • Apply AI prompt engineering and AI-assisted development techniques • Design and deploy solutions using Docker, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations • Utilize Power Apps and Copilot Studio for enhanced functionality • Work with agentic AI, RAG, MCP, and multi-agent architectures Requirements • 8+ years of experience with Python and .NET development • 8+ years of experience with Enterprise API Integration • 5+ years of experience with Workflow Automation • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Automate • 2+ years of experience with AI Prompt Engineering and AI-Assisted Development • Experience with Docker, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations • Preferred: Power Apps / Copilot Studio, Agentic AI, RAG, MCP, Multi-Agent and Event-Driven Architecture
