About the Role We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer to create artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions for the Defense and Intelligence sectors. This role involves designing, creating, and implementing complete AI systems that transform client operations and optimize AI and ML systems. Key Responsibilities • Design, create, and implement complete AI systems • Ensure solutions consider the broader ecosystem and operating environment • Deepen skill set in software engineering, MLOps, and software deployment • Work with various mission environments Requirements • 3+ years of experience as a ML engineer, data scientist, analyst, or researcher • 3+ years of experience in data science or data research • Experience building production-grade ML solutions • Proficiency in ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, llama.cpp, or vLLM • Experience with deep learning, computer vision, neural networks, NLP, or signal processing • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance • Bachelor's degree
