About the Role We are looking for a skilled Android Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality Android applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, modern application architecture, and API integration, with a focus on delivering secure, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and Java • Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using Jetpack Compose and XML layouts • Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and backend systems • Implement application architecture using MVVM, Clean Architecture, and related design patterns • Work with Android SDK, Android Studio, and Jetpack libraries • Optimize application performance, memory usage, and battery consumption • Write unit tests, UI tests, and integration tests to ensure application quality • Troubleshoot bugs, crashes, and production issues • Implement secure authentication, data storage, and application security practices • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and product managers • Manage version control, code reviews, and CI/CD processes • Publish and maintain applications through the Google Play Store Requirements • 3+ years of professional Android development experience • Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java • Hands-on experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and Android Jetpack • Experience with Jetpack Compose, XML layouts, and Material Design • Knowledge of MVVM, Clean Architecture, and object-oriented programming • Experience integrating REST APIs using Retrofit or similar libraries • Familiarity with Coroutines, Flow, and asynchronous programming • Experience with Room, SQLite, or other local data-storage solutions • Knowledge of Git, debugging, and automated testing • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
