About the Role We are looking for an Android Developer to join our team in O’Fallon, St. Louis, MO. This role focuses on building native Android applications using Kotlin and/or Java. Key Responsibilities • Develop native Android applications using Kotlin and/or Java • Implement Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, and Android Architecture • Utilize Kotlin Coroutines, LiveData, and Flows • Apply MVVM, MVP, or MVI architecture patterns • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs • Conduct unit, component, integration, and functional testing • Debug applications, fix defects, and optimize performance • Follow mobile application security best practices • Use Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies Requirements • Strong Native Android Development using Kotlin and/or Java • Experience with Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, and Android Architecture • Knowledge of Kotlin Coroutines, LiveData, and Flows • Familiarity with MVVM, MVP, or MVI architecture patterns • Experience with RESTful APIs, API Integration, and Third-Party SDKs • Proficiency in Java, Spring, and Backend Integration • Experience with Unit, Component, Integration, and Functional Testing • Familiarity with JUnit, Mockito, Cucumber, or similar testing frameworks • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
