About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced Angular UI Lead to drive frontend architecture, lead UI development initiatives, and deliver high-quality, scalable web applications. This role requires strong hands-on Angular expertise, technical leadership, and the ability to mentor developers while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead UI development, establish technical standards, and guide developers throughout the development lifecycle • Design and build scalable, responsive, and high-performance applications using Angular and TypeScript • Create reusable components, shared libraries, and maintainable frontend architecture • Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and promote coding best practices • Collaborate with backend teams to integrate REST APIs and enterprise services • Improve application speed, responsiveness, accessibility, and overall user experience • Work closely with architects, UX/UI designers, product owners, and business stakeholders • Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, testing, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements • 12–20 years of experience in frontend development • Strong hands-on development experience with Angular • Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript • Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI development • Experience with Angular Components, Services, Routing, and RxJS • Knowledge of state management and reusable UI components • Experience with REST APIs and frontend/backend integration • Familiarity with Git, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines • Skills in UI performance optimization and debugging • Technical leadership and developer mentoring experience • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
