About the Role We are looking for a senior, hands-on engineer with deep AI/LLM expertise to help build a strategic AI-powered loans platform. Key Responsibilities • Build AI Agents capable of understanding complex credit agreements • Extract financial terms and convert them into structured/executable workflows • Develop and orchestrate LLM pipelines with high accuracy • Integrate existing LLMs into enterprise applications • Develop prompts, orchestration, governance, and AI workflows • Process complex documents and extract structured information Requirements • 10–15+ years of software engineering experience • Deep hands-on AI / LLM / AI Agent expertise • Experience directly integrating LLMs into production applications • Experience building AI Agents, LLM pipelines, and orchestration workflows • Strong Python expertise • Strong Java experience • React / full-stack development experience • MCP (Model Context Protocol) experience • Prompt engineering, AI orchestration, governance, and handling non-deterministic LLM responses • Strong REST API development experience • Kafka / event-driven architecture • Snowflake or comparable data platforms • Docker / Kubernetes experience
